Processing of personal data

The processing of personal data and information will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Notice, with the understanding that the Data Subject hereby grants his/her consent for the storage and handling of his/her information for the purposes set forth herein. The handling of personal data and information is for the following purposes:

2. Create a business relationship
3. To provide a quality service
4. Identify you as a customer or supplier
5. Improved services
6. For the purposes of analysis and strategic planning in the Business Plan
7. To comply with obligations arising from a contractual or legal relationship, present or future.
   

The data and personal information provided will be processed for the purposes described above, as well as the following purposes that are not necessarily to provide you with a service:

1. Data analysis for website improvement
2. Offer new services based on market needs.
3. Marketing strategies
4. Improved customer service and experience with external customers and suppliers
5. Evaluate the level of customer satisfaction and assess the quality of services
6. Evaluate the quality of the service provided as a supplier

RIALVAS designates the person in charge of Project Tracking to give attention and process requests from the Data Subject for the exercise of the ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) referred to in the Law, as well as the limitation of use and/or disclosure of data and revocation of consents. The Data Subject may send a request via e-mail to the person in charge of Project Tracking at the following address ignacio.alvarez@rialvasgeo.com Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.

RIALVAS commits all personnel who have access to personal data in the exercise of their functions and activities, to maintain confidentiality with respect to the data and information provided.

Those data and personal information entered through contact forms will not be disseminated, distributed or marketed without the consent of the Holder and the area responsible for the treatment. Likewise, all information received through corporate or personal social networks will not be distributed and stored without the consent of the Holder.

In the event that the data and information are received by e-mail, they will be treated confidentially by the person who has direct contact with the Data Subject and may not be disclosed, distributed in whole or in part without the express consent of the Data Subject and in accordance with this Notice.
