Code of Ethics

Team with values and principles

We are a team made up of highly qualified professionals from different disciplines and at the same time committed to values and principles that guide us in our daily coexistence, in each project and in our dealings with our clients.

All of us who work at RIALVAS assume the firm commitment to abide by a Code of Ethics in a healthy, inclusive and respectful work environment, which allows us to provide quality products and services with a direct and cordial relationship with our suppliers and customers.

Non-discrimination

It shall be considered discrimination and exclusion to make distinctions between persons based on economic level, education, place of origin, sexual orientation, age, pregnancy status, disability or for having acquired any type of virus or contagious disease.

No retaliation

 Confidentiality is guaranteed and the identity of the person who makes a report or complaint is protected, who shall not be subject to harassment, pressure or retaliation. It is also considered a serious offense when a report or complaint is made knowing that it is false, incomplete or biased in order to harm any person.

Conflicts of interest

No employee should use his or her position to obtain benefits and opportunities for personal contracts or transactions, as well as loans and outside employment.

Do not accept, much less solicit employment from customers, external suppliers and interested parties when they have a direct dealings or contractual relationship in force.

It is forbidden to hire a relative or friend just to give him/her the opportunity to earn an income.

 No employee should enter into agreements or do business that directly or indirectly compete with the company's goals and objectives, or enter into commitments with third parties that could jeopardize business, deals and strategic commercial alliances.

Gifts and courtesies

It is forbidden to receive gifts and courtesies to try to convince and obtain jobs when they do not meet the requirements and specifications for which they were not considered and contracted.

It is not permitted to request, accept or ask for any gift, money or courtesy that may influence our ability to analyze and make decisions that favor the interests of third parties.

 Use of company assets

 It is not allowed to use RIALVAS assets for personal, professional and financial gain outside our facilities and working hours. Company assets may include, but are not limited to, facilities, vehicles, equipment and tools, customer information, materials, inventories, software and employee information.
